Our qualified and professional Support Workers can provide you with community access, to ensure you are given the opportunity to go where you need to go.
We can take you out to different activities in the community, family functions, holidays and more.
All of our Support Workers make sure that they are focussing on the individual needs of the participants, and ensuring that their full potentials are met.
