Lead Support Facilitator
Steph is our superstar support facilitator, as well as a support worker.
Steph is Mum to a beautiful daughter and surrounded by a large and wonderful family, which includes 2 beautiful Staffy mixed dogs.
Her goal is to diminish all stigma and discrimination around mental illness and disabilities.
Support Coordinator
Rach works with our Support Coordination participants, helping them to achieve the goals in their NDIS plans.
Rach has three Autistic children and understands the needs of children with additional needs after working in education for over 10 years.
Her goal is to improve services for people living with a disability throughout Australia.

Lee has two boys and loves to travel preferably where there is an ocean and being outdoors in nature.

Jade works behind the scenes at Jaybelle Care, supporting our participants with their individualised plans and service agreements.
Jade is a mother of 2 beautiful kids and loves any opportunity to be outdoors in nature.
Jade believes every human deserves to lead a happy, fulfilling life and has the right to make their own choices in achieving this.

Tracie has a passion for learning, helping others and being supportive. She has had over 20 years working as a Support Worker and Mentor.
Tracie is always looking to learn and further her education, and would love to explore the opportunity to work more closely with children and teenagers.

Charlotte is a kind and adventurous person who loves to have a laugh.
Her interests include photography, sport, working out, music, games and puzzles.
Charlotte has experience in high school SLSO work and in early education working with children with a variety of needs.
She has always been drawn to helping others, especially within day-to-day life.
