Experience

Extensive experience in disability and social work: For the past 10 years, I have worked with people with various disabilities in a range of roles. These include as a support worker and social worker, working both locally and overseas.

Holistic counselling experience: I am experienced and passionate holistic counsellor, having previously owned my own business in this field. My passion lies with working with people in a person-centered and holistic approach and looking at the big picture in terms of support.

I am based on the Central Coast.

Experience

Lived and Professional experience within disability: I have professional experience through my previous role in neurorehabilitation, where I worked closely with patients and families navigating complex needs and the NDIS system. I also have personal experience, supporting family members with mental health and physical disability. 

Counselling: I have a diploma in counselling and my experience with mental health and somatic therapy has fueled my passion to help others with trauma and healing. My studies and experiences have strengthened my understanding of person-centered care, communication, and meeting people with patience and respect. 

I am based on the Central Coast.
